Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern use of the public Plateria marketing website (the “Website”), including browsing site content and submitting the Contact or Restaurant Application forms.
Restaurant services, subscriptions, onboarding, payments, service levels, and other commercial arrangements are governed by a separate signed Restaurant Service Agreement between Plateria and the restaurant, not by these Website Terms. If a signed Restaurant Service Agreement conflicts with these Website Terms for a restaurant's service relationship, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.
Permitted use
You may use the Website to learn about Plateria, browse public information, and submit general inquiries or a restaurant application.
Prohibited use
You agree not to engage in:
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Attempting to access data not intended for you, including another restaurant's information
- Interfering with the security or normal operation of the Website
- Submitting false information or misusing the Contact or Restaurant Application forms
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Harassment or threats directed at Plateria staff or other users
- Attempting to scrape, disrupt, or manipulate the Website at scale
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, belongs to Plateria or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission, other than as necessary to view the Website normally.
Third-party links and services
The Website may reference or link to third-party services, such as delivery marketplaces or payment processors. Plateria does not control third-party sites or services and is not responsible for their content or practices.
Informational content
Website content, including marketing descriptions, product mockups, and pricing information, is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated over time. Product mockups illustrate direction and may not reflect every current feature.
Submitting a restaurant application does not guarantee acceptance. Plateria reviews applications based on readiness, fit, location, operational complexity, and current onboarding capacity.
Availability
Plateria aims to keep the Website reasonably available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Website is provided on an “as available” basis.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plateria is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the public Website. This section does not limit or replace any obligations under a signed Restaurant Service Agreement.
Changes to these Terms
Plateria may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
