Restaurants keep their identity
Every restaurant keeps its own branding, menu, promotions, direct customer entry, and story.
Plateria is not simply selling ordering software. It is building a more personal, trusted way for independent restaurants to use technology while remaining individual businesses with their own dreams, customers, and stories.

Proud Member of the
Plateria CommunityMembership and participationA restaurant should not feel that it merely purchased software. Joining Plateria should mean it has been personally selected and onboarded, supports independent-business growth, participates in improving the platform, and is recognized as a contributing member of the community.
The Proud Member badge represents participation, not certification of food quality, a ranking, or paid placement.
Every restaurant keeps its own branding, menu, promotions, direct customer entry, and story.
A QR code or direct link does not redirect customers toward another restaurant during their session.
Ideas, feedback, and careful improvements can strengthen the wider community.
Feedback is respected.
Contributors receive recognition with permission.
Growth does not require putting others down.
Report a problem
A useful report explains where the issue happened, what someone was trying to do, what happened instead, device context, repeatability, and optional screenshots.
Share an idea
Ideas can describe the problem, who would benefit, how it could work, and whether it supports customers, staff, owners, or the wider community.
A contributor is asked before being named in public updates, spotlights, or release notes.
Recognition may include a contributor badge, early access, a private thank-you, credit, or a temporary discount.
Active restaurants that responsibly report a previously unknown, reproducible, significant defect may qualify after Plateria verifies it.
No one should interfere with live orders, payments, accounts, customer data, or another restaurant's private information. Credit is not automatic and applies only after verification.
The Community App can introduce restaurants through optional cuisine or neighborhood discovery, approved restaurant spotlights, founder stories, and new-member welcomes. It must not create public sales rankings, “best” or “worst” lists, disguised paid placement, or competitor promotion during another restaurant's direct ordering session.
Restaurant spotlights and founder stories are future publishing concepts until real, approved restaurants are ready to participate.

We focus on your restaurant, so you can focus on what you love.
