This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information Plateria collects through the public marketing website and how that information is used.

Plateria collects information you voluntarily submit through the Contact form and the Restaurant Application form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, restaurant or business information, address, and the message or application details you provide. General contact inquiries are kept separate from restaurant applications.

Do not submit passwords, card information, bank information, payment credentials, government identification, customer lists, or sensitive staff information through public forms.

Form submissions are transmitted to Plateria's production form service for processing and delivery. Service providers may process information on Plateria's behalf to host the website and service, and to deliver communications.

Plateria uses this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate restaurant applications, communicate with applicants, operate and secure the website, and meet legitimate business and legal obligations. Plateria may review publicly available restaurant information when evaluating application fit.

These marketing website forms do not collect restaurant customer payment-card information.

Plateria does not sell the personal information submitted through these public forms.
